Enjoy Y Membership Benefits at No Cost to You


Many health insurance policies offer fitness center benefits, and the Hopkins County Family YMCA collaborates with various insurance companies to provide access to our facilities. With a third-party insurance membership, you receive all the standard benefits of a Y membership without any direct cost to you. Instead, the Y bills the insurance company based on your usage for partial reimbursement of regular membership dues. Benefit coverage may vary depending on your policy.

Our Y Partners with the Following Third-Party Providers:

  • Active & Fit
  • Renew Active/One Pass/Aaptiv by United HealthCare
  • Silver & Fit
  • Silver Sneakers/Prime
  • Walton Life Fitness Pass from WalMart


To begin, contact the Customer Service number on the back of your insurance card and inquire about a "WELLNESS FACILITY BENEFIT." If your insurance provider offers one of the programs listed above, you should be eligible for membership at our location.


Please gather the following information from your insurance provider:

  • Name of the benefit
  • Member I.D./Fitness I.D. numbers
  • Eligibility date(s)
  • Enrollment or monthly fee information


Share this information with our Welcome Center Staff, along with a photo I.D. Upon verification, you'll be asked to complete the necessary forms. Keep in mind that benefits and participation may change based on enrollment periods, contracts, and pricing negotiated by your insurance provider. We regularly review eligibility and discontinue access based on feedback from third-party providers. If your insurance coverage changes, please notify us promptly.
