Meet Stanley Jay!

Stanley is one of our newest Tabata Regulars! He started coming to classes a little over a month ago when his employer started a Biggest Loser Challenge. At his last check-in, he had lost 10 pounds and 4.5% body fat! Once Whitney's Tabata class kicked him into shape, Stanley began attending Kristi's Kardio Kombat class immediately after. He now attends two group fitness classes back-to-back on Monday and Wednesday evenings. He wants everyone to know how awesome the Y fitness classes are and to join him! We wish him the best of luck in the Biggest Loser Challenge!
