Regain Your Flexibility and Strength with Arthritis Aquatics

Don't let your arthritis prevent you from getting a great workout!

Our Arthritis Aquatics program uses water to soothe pain and stiffness, increase mobility and flexibility, and improve overall health.

Did you know that more than 52 million people in the U.S. have been diagnosed with arthritis?  That's one in every 5 people, making arthritis the most common cause of disability in the country.  Joint inflammation can be extremely painful, and it affects all age groups.  The great news is we can help manage it!

Our trained instructor will lead you through exercises specifically designed to help improve the range in your muscles and joints by using the resistance of the water to improve muscle tone in a safe and pain-free way.  You'll also increase your cardiovascular endurance through a series of gentle water aerobics movements that can be modified to your ability.

Our Arthritis Aquatics class is open to the community free of charge!  It is held on Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 9:15 AM.  No registration is needed - just sign in on your way to the pool!  If it's your first visit, we will ask you to complete a medical release.
