Join a Water Fitness Class Today!

Water fitness classes are a great way to gain muscle conditioning and cardiovascular endurance without putting stress on the joints.

Instructors lead small groups through water aerobics, choreography and resistance exercises.  Swimming ability is not needed to attend our water exercise classes.  Classes include Water Walking on Monday-Wendesday-Friday mornings at 9:15 AM and Water Aerobics on Tuesday-Thursday evenings at 7:00 PM.  These classes are free with a Y membership.  No registration is needed - the classes are first come, first served.
